At this time, Headset World Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and Canada only. Please contact us directly at 888-888-9031 to process any other international orders. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Headset World Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site and shipped to the state of Florida. We do not collect sales tax for items shipping to any other state. The sales and/or use tax is the responsibility of and to be paid by the purchaser.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving product delivery. Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no usage marks of any kind. Please make sure the item is packaged in an outer carton and do not use the product box as a returned shipping container.
- RMA must be requested within 30 days of invoice date.
- After 30 days of invoice date, the manufacturer’s warranty applies and cannot be returned for credit.
RMA must be requested within 20 days of invoice date. Product must be returned in original factory condition. Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no usage marks of any kind. Please do not use the product box as a return shipping container.
- Returns may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, unless otherwise specified by written authorization.
- Special Order products are non-returnable.
- Shipping and Insurance costs are non-refundable.

Headset World accepts returns ONLY within 30 days from purchase date, absolutely no returns over 30 days. If you ordered an incorrect item, it is the buyers responsibility to return the merchandise to us, complete and intact with all it was sent out with, and we will refund your purchase price minus the original shipping. If an item is received damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and keep all shipping boxes that the items came in, we will work with you on getting a replacement sent out to you.
